- Download Yealink USB Connect, connect your headset to your computer and see if there's a firmware update available. If so run through the update and restart your computer.
- When connecting a Yealink headset to a Yealink desk phone, make sure your desk phone firmware is V86 or above or this can cause the headset to not work properly.

To check your phone firmware: Open "Menu" or "Setting" -> "Status" (->"General") and find "Firmware: xx.86.x.xx" as v86 - If your Yealink headsets were ordered from Headset Advisor and they still aren't working, contact us today for further assistance.
