First you need to make sure you have a compatible headset for your 3CX softphone. If you don't have a compatible headset for 3CX, you won't get the ability to answer incoming calls when away from your desk with a wireless headset.
Jabra, Poly and Yealink are supported with 3CX to enable remote call answering. If you choose a Bluetooth headset from either of these brands make sure you get a model that comes included with a USB Dongle. Don't connect to your computer via Bluetooth because you won't get remote call answering, degraded audio and possible connectivity issues.
In the 3CX softphone app you'll need to go to your audio settings and turn on the headset integration with your headset.
Keep in mind, just about any USB headset will work with your 3CX softphone, so you don't need a supported headset in order for it to work. The main difference is unsupported headsets won't give you the advanced ability to answer incoming calls from a wireless headset when away from your desk.
