When researching headsets for business communication, you'll see many brands and models that physically look the same but one will be identified as "UC" the other will say "Teams". Physically they look the same but internally they use different firmware, and the Teams version has a dedicated Teams button.
Simply put, if you strictly use Microsoft Teams for calls and meetings, go with the Teams version for the best experience. Learn everything you need to know about Microsoft Teams headsets here.
If you don't use Microsoft Teams or use Microsoft Teams in combination with other communication software like Cisco, Avaya, Mitel etc.. go with the UC version to avoid compatibility issues.
