Help Center1. When setting up the Discover D315, If you're using the Poly CS500 series of wireless headsets, make sure you're using the phone cord that came with your headset and not an EHS cable. You'll see the differences in the image below.
- Remove your headset from the charging base and make sure it's turned on. If you have no audio still then you want to go to your sound settings and set the D315 as your audio default. Go to your Start menu > Control Panel > Hardware and sound > Set D315 as default for mic and speaker.
- You might need to adjust the compatibility switch on your headset. For example, on the Poly CS500 series, on the bottom of the charging base is an A-G switch. Turn your headset on and go through each one of these settings until you hear audio.
