If you're connecting a Yealink WH series wireless headset with a Yealink desk phone and you're not getting a ring notification in your headset when there's an incoming call, follow the steps below.
- Connect your Yealink headset to the computer, download Yealink USB Connect and run through a firmware update if available. Also, in Yealink USB Connect, if you have "headset local ringtone" disable, enable it.
- Reboot your Yealink phone.
- If neither of these steps worked go to your Yealink web portal > Features > Audio > Ringer Device for headset, then choose use headset and speaker
