If you're connecting a Yealink WH series wireless headset with a Yealink desk phone and you're not getting a ring notification in your headset when there's an incoming call, follow the steps below.

<li>Connect your <a rel="noopener" href="https://headsetadvisor.com/pages/yealink-headset">Yealink headset</a> to the computer, download <a rel="noopener" href="https://www.yealink.com/en/product-detail/usb-connect-management">Yealink USB Connect</a> and run through a firmware update if available. <li>Reboot your Yealink phone.</li>
<li>If neither of these steps worked go to your Yealink web portal &gt; Features &gt; Audio &gt; Ringer Device for headset, then choose use headset and speaker</li>
